How it Works

Site Evaluation

Whether you already own your lot are are still looking, our process begins with a thorough site evaluation, where we assess everything from access and utilities to soil conditions, topogrophy, drainage, and zoning regulations. We’ll flag any potential challenges to help reduce construction delays and ensure an accurate budget.

Construction

Once plans are set and permits are secured, we move into construction. This encompasses site prep, foundation work, framing, installation of mechanical systems, and interior/exterior finishes, carried out in coordinated stages. It’s here that your dream becomes tangible, as our team manages schedule, quality control, and communication from ground-breaking through final inspection.

Design

Next, our collaborative design phase transforms your vision into personalized plans tailored to your lot’s unique features and your needs. Customize a plan from our library, or work with our architect to develop schematic layouts, structural designs, and finalized construction drawings. This stage ensures your home matches your style and preferences.

Financing

Work with one of our trusted preferred lenders to secure a convenient single-close Construction-to-Permanent Loan. Our lenders specialize in new-construction financing and will guide you through every step of the process. You are also welcome to use your own lender, and we’ll coordinate to ensure a smooth experience.
